台灣早期飲食文化,以米麩及麵茶作為補充體力及嬰幼兒營養食品;創辦人蔡國榮先生,一位來自嘉義東石農家人,舉家遷移高雄,憑藉著年少時期在中藥行及餅乾工廠所學的技術與知識,在菜市場起家做起傳統糕餅與米麩麵茶事業,成立「馬寶山米麩麵茶廠」,爾後設立公司並正式登記命名為「馬玉山食品工業有限公司」。

In early Taiwan, rice bran and roasted wheat flour are common nutrition supplements for adults and infants. Our founder, Tsai Kuo-Jung, comes from a farmer family at Dongshi of Chia-Yi County and applies his techniques and knowledge learning from Chinese medicine stores and biscuit factory to set up Mabaoshan Rice Bran Factory and start the sales of traditional cakes, rice bran and roasted wheat flour. Afterwards, Tsai expands the business and finally establishes Mayushan Foods Co., Ltd. as a registered company in Taiwan.

創立的第一天,「食品產業是良心事業」是企業內部的一個觀念與共識;好的產品,從對愛家人、呵護家人健康的心意開始,先把內在做好,消費者吃在口中才會安心。但企業經營不能一成不變,必須跟上時代腳步才能面對瞬息萬變的市場,因此2005年企業內部開始整頓轉型,導入食品安全認證,產品改良優化,創新包裝設計;2015年成立觀光工廠「紅頂穀創穀物文創樂園」,從生產參觀、藝文展演、穀物餐飲到寓教於樂,讓消費者可以近距離貼近馬玉山,更於2017年成為台灣第一家通過全天然潔淨標章認證,為消費者帶來更全天然且無添加的健康穀物食品。

We realize that food industry is a career with conscience and we believe that good products start from the good wishes for the love to families, so we start to integrate the internal system to food safety certifications and reform our product series and designs. In the year of 2015, we establish Red Barn Factory & Tours for consumers to close to us by visiting product processing, joining art exhibitions and enjoying foods and drinks. In 2017, we are the first company obtained the Clean Label in Taiwan and our promise is to provide the most natural healthy cereals with no additives in your life.
